- Clean or Trash outs are where have a crew go in and get all the debris and furniture that an ex tenants may have left. Depending on how bad the house is and how much trash was left, we will schedule accordingly.

NOT just furniture but we clean out the fridge of any raw garbage.  This includes any food and toiletry (female products) left in house.

Any house that has been left with drug paraphernalia will take extra precaution and time for the safety and health of our employees. So as to not get stuck or stabbed with any dirty needles and glasses.
